Pine Hills' progress is strengthened by two distinct organizations working in complementary ways: the Pine Hills Community Council and the Pine Hills Community Foundation.

Since 1972, the Pine Hills Community Council has served as a civic voice for Pine Hills, advancing community advocacy, engagement, and initiatives focused on a clean, safe, and prosperous community.
In 2024, the Pine Hills Community Foundation was established as PHCC's philanthropic arm to expand that work through charitable initiatives, partnerships, resources, and community-impact projects.
Together, the organizations create a complementary model: community priorities can be elevated through advocacy while charitable resources and programs help turn those priorities into tangible impact.
