Julien Serrano-O'Neil, MNM, MPA, ACNP
Julien Serrano-O'Neil serves as President of the Pine Hills Community Council and as the Council's representative on the PHCF Board of Directors. In this dual leadership role, he helps strengthen alignment between PHCF and PHCC while supporting governance, organizational strategy, communications, and community-centered collaboration.
