Community Investment in Action

Awareness that leads to prevention, connection, and action.

Homeless Know More is a charitable initiative of the Pine Hills Community Foundation designed to educate, engage, and mobilize Pine Hills and the surrounding community. The campaign helps residents better understand homelessness and housing instability while creating practical opportunities to connect people with housing, employment, health, food, veteran, family-support, and other community resources.

No single organization can address homelessness alone. Homeless Know More is built around partnership—bringing residents, nonprofits, faith communities, businesses, schools, government agencies, healthcare providers, public-safety partners, and other organizations into a stronger network of information, service, prevention, and support.
