Turning Community Priorities Into Action.
The Pine Hills Community Foundation develops and supports programs that strengthen people, families, businesses, neighborhoods, and the long-term future of Pine Hills.
Programs shaped by the realities and possibilities of Pine Hills.
PHCF exists to help move community priorities from conversation to implementation. Our programs are designed to respond to immediate needs while also investing in long-term stability, opportunity, revitalization, and community pride.
We work alongside residents, businesses, public agencies, community organizations, volunteers, donors, and other partners to build initiatives that can create meaningful and lasting impact.
Three projects. Different needs. One commitment to Pine Hills.

Homeless Know More Community Project
Homeless Know More is dedicated to helping address and reduce homelessness in Pine Hills through a combination of knowledge, practical assistance, community partnerships, and connections to supportive resources.
The project recognizes that homelessness is often connected to other challenges, including mental health, addiction, economic instability, limited transportation, and barriers to opportunity. Its goal is to help individuals move toward greater stability, safety, and self-sufficiency.
Pine Hills Storefront Revival Project
The Pine Hills Storefront Revival Project is designed to improve the appearance, visibility, and vitality of locally owned businesses and commercial corridors throughout the Pine Hills community.
Through exterior improvements and coordinated community revitalization efforts, the project seeks to strengthen neighborhood pride, support small businesses, and create commercial areas that feel safer, cleaner, and more welcoming.
Pine Hills 75th Anniversary Jubilee
In 2027, Pine Hills will commemorate 75 years of community, culture, resilience, growth, and shared history through a Diamond Jubilee celebration designed to honor the past while looking boldly toward the future.
The anniversary initiative will bring residents, businesses, organizations, institutions, and community partners together through activities that celebrate Pine Hills and invest in its continuing legacy.
Our program portfolio will continue to grow.
PHCF is building a long-term platform for charitable programs and partnerships that respond to Pine Hills' changing needs. New initiatives, opportunities, application periods, and community resources will be added as programs are developed and funding becomes available.
Help us turn possibility into impact.
Programs grow when people, resources, partnerships, and community vision come together. Join PHCF in building stronger pathways for Pine Hills residents, businesses, families, and neighborhoods.
